      • For pick-up/drop-off, the operator uses a car/minivan for shuttle service to transfer customers to the office to board the main sleeper bus. Pick-up time is 15–45 minutes before departure, and drop-off time is 15–45 minutes after arrival.

      • When bus arrives at Sapa in the early morning before 06:00 AM, you can rest in the bus until 06:00 AM for drop off service.
      • For airport pick-up/drop-off, the times listed are ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and ETD (Estimated Time of Departure). Since the buses depart from the Old Quarter, actual timing may vary due to traffic and other factors.
      • Seat assignments are arranged based on real-time bus availability and may be random.
      • Pick-up and drop-off services are NOT available during the following periods due to high holiday traffic: Apr 25–27, Apr 29–May 5, Aug 29–Sep 5, and Dec 31–Jan 4.
