      • Please arrive at the Studio Tour at least 20 minutes before your scheduled entry time to allow sufficient time for admission. Guests who arrive late or fail to arrive for their reserved timeslot will be considered no-shows, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
      • Free for children aged 0–3 (For children aged 0 to 3, please contact the Studio Tour directly on the day of the experience to request an infant ticket). Children aged 0–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
      • To verify age, the venue may request that guests present a valid form of identification.
      • Entry is permitted up to 1 hour before your time booked. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your time booked.
      • Guests who are unable to enter at their reserved time are not guaranteed admission.
      • Disability certificates holders are also required to purchase regular tickets, but one caregiver is allowed free admission. Please present your disability certificate at the studio ticket counter
      • Certain areas of the facility feature special effects. Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other medical concerns should consult on-site staff before entering these areas.
      • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter.
      • Eating and drinking are not permitted outside of designated areas.
      • If you plan to drive, parking fees are not included in the admission ticket. Please be sure to reserve a parking space in advance through the official Contact Center.
      • The use of tripods, specialized equipment, drones, or similar devices for photography is not permitted anywhere within the facility, including outdoor areas such as the parking lot.
